The house can be found right in the heart of Co Limerick Foxhounds country, covering both bank and wall terrain. There are 3 double rooms for rent. Two are ensuite. The third has a shared bathroom.
Eugene says “I have entertained both English and Australian visitors on hunting holidays. I can organise groups to hunt with our hunts and with other packs outside of the county. you can read up on my reviews as a host on AirBnB. As I hunt myself with the Co Limerick I can personally accompany clients and help them cross the country if they are unfamiliar with the terrain.”
The house dates back nearly 2 centuries. It’s set on 13 acres of parkland with beautiful mature trees. The peace and quiet and yet it’s only a stone throw (300yds) from The Great Southern Trail. Great for cycling and walking.
The Desmond Banqueting Hall is an imposing two-storey structure and was used by the Earls of Desmond for banqueting and entertainment. The Hall, vaulted lower chamber and adjoining tower were all constructed during the 15th century.
Guest access
Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen area and tv/living area available for use as well as patio area during the summer months. There is ample car parking along with stables. Horse and Dog accommodation available on site at an extra charge
